Job Description
The Corporate Branding Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to enhance our employer branding and corporate communications initiatives. He/She will spearhead consumer campaigns aimed at elevating awareness of the UL Skin Sciences Corporate Brand, manage communication channels, and orchestrate internal and external activations to bolster our Corporate Branding strategies.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Create and execute communication strategies that effectively convey organization’s corporate values, mission, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of consumer campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and engagement with the ULSSI Corporate Brand.
- Plan and coordinate internal events and activations to foster a sense of pride and engagement among employees, aligning with Corporate Branding objectives.
- Organize external activations such as corporate social responsibility items, sponsorships, community events, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and goodwill.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4 year degree course, preferred degree: Business Administration, Communications / Communications Tech, Management.
- With at least 3 year of related experience in related fields/industry.
- Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods marketing is a plus.
