Job Description
The Total Rewards Lead will manage the Total Rewards and Engagement initiatives of ULSSI. He/She will be responsible in designing and deploying Total Rewards & Engagement programs to support talent attraction and retention strategies of the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- In charge of the design and implementation of compensation & rewards program within the organization, ensuring internal & external equity.
- Facilitates the processing and approval of total rewards items due the employees such as profit sharing, promotion planning, special allowances implementation, loans applications, and other day-to-day total rewards inquiries.
- Be the subject matter expert in Total Rewards design and delivery, able to apply expert knowledge, methodologies/techniques, prevalent and emerging market trends, best practices, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Regularly prepares analytics and dashboard for HR used as an anchor to ensure data driven decision making and insight to creation of various HR programs.
Qualifications:
- With at least 5 years of experience in a related work experience, specifically handling Compensation and Rewards in a medium to large scale organizations.
- With strong analytics and quantitative skills in order to analyze data, identify trends and make recommendations.
- Very knowledgeable on compensation and rewards best practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
