Job Description
The Assistant Product Manager (APM) is in charge of overall brand strategy & performance for its assigned brand, while working closely with the Segment Head. This role will lead brand strategy & planning, marketing program execution, financial management, and product management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Building & Development: Work closely with the Segment Head to build and develop the assigned brand.
- Execute Awareness-to-Conversion Campaigns.
- Marketing Program Execution: Lead consumer funnel program execution.
- Budget Planning & Monitoring: Monitor and analyze metrics; and manage brand profit and loss (P&L).
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4 year degree course in Business Administration, Communications / Communications Tech, Management or related fields.
- With at least 3 year of related experience in related fields/industry.
- Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods marketing is a plus.
